(Q) How can I place a bid?
|

(A) To place a bid on an item you must first login to your account. A bidding box will be displayed at bottom of all auction pages. You can use this box to place your chosen bid |

(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm bidding on?
|

(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are bidding on by visiting your members area and selecting the "bidding" page. |

(Q) How do I know if I am outbid on an item?
|

(A) Our auction system will automatically notify you via email if you are outbid. |

(Q) How long does it take to be accepted into the affiliate program?
|
|
(A) We will respond within 2 business days to your e-mail. The e-mail will include whether or not your site was accepted or not and may include reasons for why the site was not accepted. |

(Q) Why can't I see the time remaining on the auctions?
|
|
(A) In order to view the time remaining you must bid on the auction. Once the bid has been confirmed you will view the time left on the auction, but that is the only place you can see the amount of time remaining. So the auction could really end at any time if you don't know the time remaining. We do this to prevent people from bidding at the last second lagging the servers down and to give everyone a fair chance at winning (not everyone has high speed internet) |

(Q) Where is my referral bonus?

(A) Your referral bonus (10% of all you direct referral's deposits) are added to you "Bonus Balance" You can view your referral's status on the "Refer A Friend" tab in your member's area. |

(Q) What is the "Bonus Balance"

(A) The "Bonus Balance" is real money, but can only be used on MoEzMoney so it cannot be withdrawn. You can bid on any auction you like with the money in the "Bonus Balance" and the money earned from the auction will be awarded to your "Account Balance" |

(Q) What is the "Account Balance"
|

(A) The "Account Balance" is real money which you can withdraw into your e-currency account. Also, money deposited from your e-currency account is added to your "Account Balance" |
